We've introduced a twist on the dim sum classic by adding a new pork and prawn siu mai to our menu.
We are the only Chinese restaurant in Liverpool currently offering the dish and it has become so
popular we are have struggling to meet demand on the dish which our chefs prepare in house.
Our Sui Mai has been featured on Liverpool Echo, Bay TV, Eat Out Magazine
and Onion Ring.
